How does the vendor coordination work?

Simply tell us what you need. We’ll do the rest. We find a provider in your budget, schedule their work, manage their timelines, and ensure they’re paid.
Vendor payments will come direct from the card that we have on file for you, or you can choose to manage payment separately.

Do you get any discounts on services?

We negotiate agreements with vendors and when booking events and travel. Some of our members actually save more on these services than they spend with Arcadia.
